Bergoglio, S.J., delivered to the participants of an International Conference of Theology, on the theme “The Evangelization of Culture and the Inculturation of the Gospel,” prepared by Fr. Bergoglio and held at the Faculty of Theology of the Society of Jesus in San Miguel, Argentina, from September 2-6, 1985.
